WHAT CURRENCY ARE PRICES IN?

Piece of Cake Wedding Decor currently allows you to view product prices in USD, CAD, AUD, and EUR. To change currency, select from the dropdown menu on the upper right hand corner of the web page.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

When you find a product you are interested in, click on the image to go to the product page. For many products you will be given a choice of colors or styles which allow you to customize it for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added and you can continue shopping without interruption.

For items that can be personalized, please follow the personalization instructions before adding the item to your cart.

You may view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the cart button in the top right corner of each page. When you are completely satisfied with your order click "Proceed to Checkout". This will take you to a secure server where you can enter your payment and shipping options. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

After you enter your payment and shipping information, you will be asked to confirm your details and approve your order. Please review your order at this time, as it is your last chance to make any changes.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Piece of Cake Wedding Decor currently accepts payment through VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

WHY CAN'T I ADD A SPECIFIC ITEM TO MY SHOPPING BAG?

Your product may be marked as out of stock. For items marked as out of stock you can choose to be notified by e-mail as soon as they come back in stock by clicking on the “Email Us” link on the product page. Please include all product information in your email.

I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT'S LISTED AS OUT OF STOCK, WILL YOU BE GETTING MORE?

Yes, products that are listed as Out of Stock will be re-stocked as soon as possible. If you’d like to be notified by e-mail when the product becomes available, click on the “Email Us” link on the product page. Please include all product information in your email.

HOW DO I FIND A SPECIFIC PRODUCT?

To search for a specific product, enter your keywords in the "search" box located at the top of the page.

If you are not certain what you are looking for you can browse our products using the "Catalog.” Each category can be narrowed down into more specific and manageable collections. Alternatively, select “All Products” from the main “Catalog” menu to view everything we offer.

If you cannot find the product you are looking for our Customer Service staff would be happy to assist you. Simply e-mail us for a quick and helpful response.

HOW DO I PERSONALIZE AN ITEM?

For items that can be personalized, check the box next to the personalization description. A pop-up window will appear. Enter your information according to the instructions that follow. To finish the personalization process copy and paste the text that appears into the “Personalization Text Box” on the main product page. Then select “Add to Cart”.

Please ensure that information entered for personalization is correct, including all spelling, punctuation, and capitalization. Piece of Cake Wedding Decor will not review your personalization options for errors.

All personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL IT?

We encourage customers to review all orders before they are submitted. If you wish to cancel an order please contact customer service as soon as possible and we may be able to be able to cancel it, although we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Once an order it placed it cannot be changed.

WILL TAX BE CHARGED ON MY ORDER?

GST and PST, or HST will be added to orders within Canada where applicable. No taxes are applied to items shipped to anywhere outside of Canada.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN DECLINED?

Unfortunately there isn't much that we can do if your credit card is not approved. If you believe you have the funds on the card we recommend contacting your credit card company. They will sometimes put a block on a card if you are ordering from an unfamiliar location or from somewhere you have never ordered from before. If you are located outside of Canada the problem is more common.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

At Piece of Cake Wedding Decor we stand behind our products 100%. If you have received something that you're not head over heels for, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a refund. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Each country handles imported goods differently. For orders outside of the USA and Canada only, you may be responsible for any custom or duty charges that might occur. For shipping rates click here. The rates listed for Canada and the USA include all duties, customs clearance charges, and brokerage fees - there are no extra fees.

Due to the bulkiness of some items, shipping costs may greatly exceed the estimated amount. In such rare cases you will be contacted and informed of the exact shipping rate before we process your order.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Shipment to P.O. boxes and APO/AFO cost and additional $20 for the USA/International orders and and additional $15 for Canada.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery of your items can take anywhere from 3 - 22 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method you select at the Checkout. Our business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays.
